The Gale Storm Show is an American sitcom starring Gale Storm. The series premiered on September 29, 1956, and ran until 1960 for 143 half-hour black-and-white episodes, initially on CBS and in its last year on ABC. The Gale Storm Show was co-produced by Independent Television Corporation and Hal Roach Studios.The series was aired under the title Oh, Susanna in syndication.

In this historical miniseries created for BBC Northern Ireland, four brothers struggle to survive during the Irish potato famine of the 1840s while facing persecution from an agent (Michael Kitchen) of their indifferent English landlord. Looking on in horror as their primary food source dwindles, the Phelan brothers (portrayed by real-life siblings Joe, Mark, Paul and Stephen McGann) are torn between nonviolent protest and bloody revolt.

The Storm is standard hard-guy stuff starring three of Hollywood`s hardest: Charles Bickford, Barton MacLaine and Preston S. Foster. The film is set aboard a ship, where hostilities run high between two radio operators who happen to be brothers. During the climactic storm at sea, however, everyone pulls together to survive the ravages of Mother Nature. Universal contractees Nan Grey, Tom Brown and Andy Devine weave in and out to temper the steroid level of all those he-man goings on in the radio room. The Storm ran 75 minutes, allowing it to run as part of a double bill or as the solo feature depending on the whim of the exhibitor.

Filip is turning 45, and has invited his closest friends for dinner at his and his wife's lavish and newly bought farm estate up north in Sweden.
